We finally tackled our kitchen backsplash this weekend! I've been looking at backsplash for a year and threatening to order tiles for months! We finally decided on white subway tile with grey grout. Simple but classic!
I've been wanting to put a new farmhouse sink in too, but - sadly - I lost that fight. As a consolation prize Trev let us do the more mod straight style for laying the backsplash tiles instead of the traditional brick pattern. I love how it turned out! Such a huge improvement from the ugly grapevine design that was there before!
Trev and his dad put all the tile up last night then we just had to grout it today! Pretty simple - says the girl who was only in charge of cleaning up...!
