Family Pictures

My Aunt Lana came up to our house a few weeks ago to take some family pictures for us. It was much needed since we have hardly any family pictures, especially since Laney was born. We LOVE how they turned out!! Thanks to my mom and Rachelle for making my girls (and us) laugh so hard and thanks so much Lana, they are perfect! Let's do it again soon!!

Labor Day

We spent labor day weekend down in St. George. We hadn't been there for six months so it was so great to be down again! We swam a ton, went tandem biking, fed the ducks, went on walks, spent a day in Las Vegas visiting Josh, Kels and Macey, saw a movie (2016: Obama's America, go see it!), shopped a little and golfed a lot. It was a fun, busy weekend!

Six Months

Miss Bug is six months old today! I can't believe it. I still think of her as my little newborn but I guess I'll have to change that! Laney has been such a joy to have around. She has such a content and pleasant personality. Everywhere we go people comment on her chubbiness and how happy she is. People can't resist giving her little arms and legs a squeeze and I don't blame them, they are deliciously squeezable!

In just the past few weeks Laney has grown up so much. She's rolling all over the place and thinking about crawling. She is a good sitter-upper and has two little teeth trying to poke through. Her eye color is still undetermined, blue or brown?!

She is such a good, easy baby. We just love her so, so much! Happy half birthday Laney bug!

Splash!

I never knew that playing in maybe and inch and a half of water could be so fun but Molly sure had the time of her life the other day! She was hilarious jumping and sliding into her pool and did it at least 30 times. She would have stayed out there all day if I let her!

5 Years!

Holy cow! We celebrated our 5 year anniversary this weekend! We went to dinner at a little hole-in-the-wall chinese place. We were the only people there and Molly spent her time feeding goldfish and apple juice to the owner's four year old daughter. How romantic!

One of my best friends happened to be in town this weekend so we had some friends over for dinner on  saturday. It was so fun to see everyone and just to sit and talk about all the awesome things we used to do in high school!

Thighs

"Don't worry, those thighs will go down with time!"

What if I don't want them to?!
