Bad Mom

Is it sad that my three month old baby already loves watching TV? She smiles and giggles at the screen and it's hard to get her to look away! Oh well, at least it's just the news; maybe she just likes to be well informed?

Lately

We celebrated our three year anniversary this week. My mom babysat while we went on a real date, dinner and a movie. It was great but I kept looking into the back seat to see how Molly was doing, it was weird not to have her! We had so much fun that we forgot to take pictures though, sorry!

We went boating with the Thatchers but the wind turned our day on the lake into a day at the beach! Oh well, It was fun just to be outside and all be together.

Molly is still growing too fast! She is starting to be interested in toys and talks all the time. She is laughing a little bit now and we love it! The best way to get her laughing is to turn on one of her favorite songs (Dynamite or Single Ladies) and dance real goofy, something I do well! It's sad that my baby already knows that I'm a terrible dancer!

I've been feeling so crafty lately, making these clips has been occupying a lot of my time. Don't worry, they aren't all for Molly, she already has too many hair-do's!

Heaven!

Molly loves her new swing... and so do we!We've gone from having a baby who doesn't sleep and won't let you set her down to having one who will snooze in this little thing for 3+ hours at a time! Heaven!

Molly's Special Day!

This last Sunday was Molly's blessing day! Molly was so sweet and patient while being passed around and looked at by so many different people. She wore the dress that I was blessed in and she looked so pretty. Trevor did a great job blessing her, it was really tender. It was great to have so much family come all the way to Logan for the blessing. Molly is such a sweet little girl and we love her so much!

St. George!

We spent the last week or so down in St. George with family and friends. It was Molly's first time going that far in the car and she did great! We have such a sweet baby. It was so much fun, even in the 110+ degree weather! We swam, went boating, shopped, golfed, ate etc... We had my entire family there (minus Eric, we missed you!) and it was Lindsay, Sam and Max's first time meeting Molly. They just loved her! It was so much fun to see her with her cousins, they both loved holding her and talking to her. What a fun week, we love St. George!

Ward Campout!

Yesterday we went up Logan canyon for our ward campout. We didn't spend the night but we stayed up late and went back up for breakfast today. We have so many great friends in the ward, it was so fun to go up and hang out all night. We played kickball, had a fireside (by Trevor's dad, thanks Alan!), ate s'mores and just talked. We love this ward and are going to miss it so much when we move!

4th of July Weekend

This past weekend we had so much fun taking Molly to the Cache Valley Cruise In and to a couple firework shows. She's funny because she'll wake up and start screaming when I cough or sneeze around her but loud noises like fireworks don't bother her at all, she just slept right through and didn't even flinch! Maybe next year she'll actually wake up to watch!
